Who we are
Shinwong Pharmaceutical Manufacturing designs and builds the equipment that makes medicines. We started in 1996 with machined parts, went on to complete machines, and then to whole production lines.
Many equipment makers treat delivery as the end of the job. We treat it as the point where the work really starts. What matters is that the customer produces real batches on the machine, passes inspection, and still gets the same quality some years later. That is why design, manufacture, installation, qualification and maintenance are held as one responsibility rather than split apart.
Our scope covers five equipment families: solid dosage, sterile and injectable, packaging, inspection, and utilities with cleanrooms. All five are built to the same design standard and documented in the same way, so when several processes are purchased together the interfaces and the qualification records line up.

What we do
Standard equipment
Twenty eight standard models supplied with a choice of capacity and options. Proven drawings and parts keep lead time and quality steady.
Engineered to order
Where a standard model does not fit, we start from the user requirement specification. Design reviews are held in stages and recorded.
Line integration
Several machines integrated into one line, with the cleanroom and utilities built at the same time. Acceptance testing runs as one process flow.
Qualification and service
IQ, OQ and PQ documents, training, preventive maintenance and spare parts, supported through the service agreement.
