How we scope a machine
- Process conditions: product characteristics, batch size, target output, available space and utility conditions.
- Proposal: a configuration based on a standard model, with an outline price and schedule.
- Trial batch: where useful, we run your product at the R&D centre and share the results.
- Specification: the user requirement and design specification are fixed on paper before manufacture starts.
