Customers usually arrive with two problems. Their current equipment cannot keep up with the volume they now need, and it is hard to produce the evidence that inspectors ask for. Those are really one problem. A machine that was not designed with qualification in mind will not yield good evidence however much work is done on it later.

Since 1996 we have worked on pharmaceutical equipment and nothing else. What we learned in that time is simple. Good equipment is not just a well made machine. It is a well made machine, the documents that prove it, and a person who answers the phone when something goes wrong.

We intend to go on doing the same work in the same place. Understand the customer process first, build equipment that suits it, and keep that equipment doing its job for a long time.

The symbol puts the letter S, for Shinwong, inside a hexagon. The hexagon stands for two things at once: the benzene ring of chemistry and the hex nut of machinery. The S is the flow of a process line, and the two points at its ends are where raw material comes in and finished product goes out.
