The people we look for
Building equipment means moving back and forth between the drawing and the shop floor. It does not suit someone who wants to work only at a desk, or only on the floor.
Someone who records accurately
Writing down measurements and results exactly as they are is the single most important habit in this industry.
Someone who checks to the end
We value the habit of finding a cause and closing it out rather than passing a problem along.
Someone who learns on site
We look for people who can take what they learn in the assembly bay and on customer sites back into the design.
